Written complaint to the Upazila Nirbahi Officer seeking redressal.<\/p>\n<p>According to the written complaint with the Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Khan Ashabur Rahman, son of A. Kafi Khan of Golna village of Dumuria, Madhusudhan Chakraborty, son of late Surendranath Chakraborty of Dumuria and JL No. 39, S.A. In Khatian 221\/1, SA Dag No-236 Bilan land 0.03 acres out of 0.0150 acres of land was purchased by Kabla deed whose deed No. 1747\/22 dated 23-2-22. And in the same dag khatian he bought 0.0030 acres of land from Uddhav Chakraborty, son of late Alok Chakraborty of Rupsa police station in Khulna. But in the northern part of the land Shahana Alima Mukta, daughter of Md. Zahidul Islam Sheikh and late Abdul Hamid Khan, son of late Matleb Sheikh of Araji Dumuria village, the owner purchased from Raha community. Whose SA stain No. 240. The plaintiff Khan Ashabur Rahman&#8217;s land deed no.<\/p>\n<p>Ashabur submitted the treasury map by a local surveyor on April 8 as per the instructions of UNO. Disregarding the allegation, one of the respondent teachers, Shahana Alima Mukta, was trying to forcibly occupy the land by planting trees on April 9.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, Ashabur Rahman said, the school teacher without any reason has been harassing me with one false case after another, including trying to usurp my purchased property unjustly.<\/p>\n<p>Defendant Jahidul Islam Sheikh said, &#8220;We did not occupy any land of Ashabur.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Abdul Wadud said, there has been a complaint.
