That picture matches the body shape of Tipu’s shooter. In the meantime Masum, who had come from Dhaka via Joypurhat, returned to Dhaka. He was also detained. Then a team of DB took him to Bogra. Masum was arrested. He was asleep then.

Awami League leader Tipu was shot dead on the busiest road in Shahjahanpur on the night of March 24 while returning home in his own microbus. At that time, the hot bullets of the assassin extinguished the life lamp of Samia Afran Preeti, a student of Badrunnesa College. Microbus driver Monir was injured in the shooting. However, Tipu’s two friends Abul Kalam and Mizanur Rahman Miraj, who were sitting in the back seat of the microbus, survived unharmed. Tipu’s wife Farzana Islam Dolly filed a murder case against him.
Masum Mohammad alias Akash, a hired shooter who randomly shot Tipu with his weapon in a busy street, has already been arrested. He has been remanded for seven days for questioning.

He became known in the underworld for his ability to conduct shooting and killing missions in various places. At one point he started working as a hired killer.
