Executive installed with health protection machine for girls in Rupasa, Khulna

Upazila administration has distributed health protection sanitary napkin vending machines to the girls of various secondary girls’ schools in Rupsa. On November 10 at 11 am, Executive Officer Sanjida Rikta set an example with the latest technology machine in the Officers Club auditorium. It was for his efforts that the women students of Rupsar got a revolutionary solution based on technology for the first time.
In the distribution meeting, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sanjida Rikta said in the president’s speech that such steps have been taken to ensure the menstrual hygiene of girls and to increase the attendance rate of students in educational institutions. This machine is given as development fund of Upazila Parishad 2025-26 fiscal year. Syed Arshad Ali Saburannecha Girls College, Jugihati Khan Mohammadpur Shirgati Secondary School, Comrade Ratan Sen Girls’ School, Naihati Secondary Girls School are getting the first health protection machines this year.
At that time, upazila agriculture officer Tarun Kumar Bala, upazila family-planning officer Dr. Md. were present as special guests. Saidur Rahman, Project Implementation Officer Sheikh Borhan Uddin, Upazila Food Control Officer Ashwafuzzaman, Women Affairs Officer Farhana Yasmin.
