Attempt to seize land seized by a man named Khan Ashabur Rahman of Dumuria Sadar in Khulna. Written complaint to the Upazila Nirbahi Officer seeking redressal.
According to the written complaint with the Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Khan Ashabur Rahman, son of A. Kafi Khan of Golna village of Dumuria, Madhusudhan Chakraborty, son of late Surendranath Chakraborty of Dumuria and JL No. 39, S.A. Defendant Jahidul Islam Sheikh said, “We did not occupy any land of Ashabur.”
Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Abdul Wadud said, there has been a complaint. A fair solution will be found by calling both the parties.
