A new political party based on the spirit of liberation war, democracy, religious values

Another new political party has emerged in the country. The name of the party is Bangladesh Democratic People’s Party.

The team made its debut through a program at the National Press Club in the capital on Saturday.

Chairman of the party Abdul Quader said on the occasion, ‘The spirit of the great liberation war, equality, human dignity, rule of law, democracy, sustainable development, freedom of speech, today even after 53 years of the liberation war, we have not been able to implement the spirit of that liberation war. Today our economy is not where it should be. Our banking system is in shambles today, our stock market is in shambles, rampant corruption, delinquency has crippled our economy. Even in politics today, conflicts, clashes, and revenge have spread. The electoral system has also been crippled today to capture power through undemocratic means.

He said, ‘We have to remember that we can have our own party ideals. But we are all Bangladeshis. We all have to work shoulder-to-shoulder to establish this golden Bangladesh as a prestigious state in the court of the world, keeping all revenge aside.

Abdul Quader said, ‘We are announcing a democratic party to continue the democratic process in our country. Our party name is Bangladesh Democratic People’s Party. We will always work alongside the people to establish a hunger-free, corruption-free, democratic state – Insha’Allah. We promise to stand by the people in all their calamities and problems.

He said, ‘Our ideal is the spirit of liberation war, democracy, religious values. We believe that if the democratic trend continues in the country, if the spirit of the liberation war is implemented and if everyone’s religion is properly followed, we will be able to build a strong, developed state.

At this time, leaders of various levels of the newly formed party were present.
