Today, December 14, is the day of great intellectuals.
In the last days of the liberation war, between 10 and 14 December, the Albadar army captured many more intellectuals and killed them in the Rayerbazar slaughterhouse and Mirpur cemetery after torturing them in the Albadar base established at the Mohammadpur Physical Training Institute.
Today, December 14th, Thursday, on the occasion of Great Intellectual Day, Mirpur Press Club laid wreath at Mirpur Martyr Intellectual Memorial, at this time, the advisor of the organization and president of Bangladesh Central Press Club, Khan Salim Rahman, advisor Afzal Hossain Zaki, senior vice-president Mohammad Azizul Hakim, were present. – President SAM Sumon, General Secretary Mohammad Mahbub Uddin, Joint General Secretary Shafiqur Rahman Shafi, Joint General Secretary Kazi Shafiul Islam Al Amin, Joint General Secretary Sardar Mazharul Islam, Organizing Secretary Abu Taher Md Shamsuzzaman, Joint Publicity Secretary Md. Mizanur Rahman Mizan, executive member Md. Riyad Hossain, executive member Md.
