Kachua Press Club congratulates Lucchi on getting nominated for reserved women’s seat in Bagerhat

Farida Akhtar Banu Luchi has been nominated by Bangladesh Awami League for the post of MP for reserved women’s seat in Bagerhat. She is the co-wife of freedom fighter Mir Sakhawat Ali Daru, a repeatedly elected Member of Parliament from Bagerhat-2 constituency. He is the Vice President of Bagerhat District Awami League.
This decision was taken at the Parliamentary Nomination Board meeting chaired by Bangladesh Awami League President and Parliamentary Nomination Board President Sheikh Hasina at the Prime Minister’s official residence, Ganabhaban. Various organizations including Kachua Press Club, Bangladesh Freedom Fighters Sangsad Bagerhat District Committee.
